About Our Services

Buzzaltern provides website design, hosting, digital marketing and AI-powered communication services for local businesses. Our services are designed to help businesses establish and grow their online presence.

Service Packages

We offer two monthly service packages:

Website Package — $97 per month

  • Professional website design and development
  • Website hosting and maintenance
  • Contact form with automatic lead capture
  • Monthly website updates

Growth Package — $297 per month

  • Everything in the Website Package
  • AI chatbot for 24/7 customer engagement
  • Missed call text back automation
  • Automated review request system
  • Advanced booking and appointment system
  • Monthly performance reporting

Billing and Payment

Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Buzzaltern to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and using our services you agree to receive SMS communications from Buzzaltern. These may include service updates, account notifications and promotional messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

Website Delivery

Your website will be delivered within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. You are responsible for providing accurate business information for your website. Buzzaltern reserves the right to request revisions if provided content violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment Buzzaltern grants you a licence to use the website we create for you. Buzzaltern retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Buzzaltern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

Buzzaltern reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
